Rental Agreement

Jamaica mobility transfer and tours rents to Renter signing this mobility equipment agreement (mobility scooter,wheelchair,4 wheels rollator, crutches, shower chair) subject to all the terms and conditions set forth in this Rental Agreement and Renter agrees: 

1. The mobility equipment is property of  Jamaica mobility transfer and tours and is in good condition.  Renter will return the mobility equipment in the same condition as when received at the end of the rental period for inspection and recharge of battery (if necessary), or sooner, upon the demand by Jamaica mobility transfers and tours.

2. Jamaica mobility transfers and tours  may repossess the mobility equipment without demand at any time if it is used in violation of the terms of this agreement.

CANCELLATION POLICY

3. Cancellations arriving more than 60 days before delivery have a full refund – Cancellations arriving between 60 days and 30 days before delivery have a 80% refund (20% cancellation fee) – Cancellations arriving between 30 days and 48 hours before delivery have a 60% refund (40% cancellation fee) – Cancellations arriving with less of 48 hours have no refund (100% cancellation fee).

4. JAMAICA MOBILITY TRANSFERS AND TOUR shall not be liable or responsible for the loss of or damage to any property left, lost, damaged, stolen, stored or transported by Renter, its agents, servants, or employees, or any other person on the scooter or any other JAMAICA MOBILITY product, either before or after the return .  Renter assumes all risk of such loss or damage and waives all claims against Jamaica mobility by reason thereof and Renter agrees to hold Jamaica mobility harmless from and to defend and indemnify Jamaica Mobility  against all claims based upon or arising out of such loss or damage.

5. Renter assumes all risk and liability for any loss, damage or injury, including death, to persons or property of Renter or others arising out of the use, operation or driving of the mobility equipment. 

6. Renter is responsible for the mobility equipment and will reimburse Jamaica mobility transfers and tours in full cost for any repair cost any damage to equipments 

    7. No refunds are applicable for early returns of any rented equipment.

The additional conditions outlined above have been reviewed and accepted as part of this agreement.
